It depends on what you select. Glass chambers may have small dots, surface scratches (more visible under bright light), slight discolouration, or minor unevenness in shape. Bases come in two grades. Light Imperfection covers surface scratches and small marks. Noticeable Imperfection may have a dial that feels slightly less firm but remains fully functional for switching on/off and adjusting intensity.

Warehouse pieces are packed in simple boxes with bubble wrap rather than our usual gift packaging. They will arrive safely and securely, just without the full unboxing experience.
