As we are mostly based e-commerce online, we only accept payments online through the website and some QR Code-based payments in studio (cash payments not accepted). We strive to accept a variety of payment methods to provide flexibility and accessibility and these are the payment methods accept at FLO now:

Local Shipping & Pick Up

What are the purchase methods?

    Courier delivery at $1.90. Free courier shipping for orders above $80. (3 - 4 business days)

    Purchase directly over at our Studio located at Tai Seng, Oxley Bizhub. (Notification of visiting time frame required)

If same day delivery is required, you can arrange on your end Grab delivery / Lalamove / Uparcel etc. and coordinate with us on the pickup timing. Or you can reach out to us and we can arrange on your behalf based on the rates that is provided by the 3rd party delivery platforms.

If next day delivery is required, reach out to us and we can arrange separately for you. There will be an additional $6 fee onwards dependent on the distance.

If time-slot delivery (1 -3 business days) is required, reach out to us and we can arrange separately for you. There will be an additional $6 fee.

Is there free shipping?

We have free local shipping for orders $80 and above. For orders below $80, it is $1.90 for local courier delivery or free self-pickup from our studio is possible.

How long does delivery take?

Online orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, and it takes 1 -3 business days for local shipping. Orders may experience delays if there is a high volume of orders during seasonal periods or holidays. We seek your kind understanding as we will try our best to process them ASAP.


Business days for processing of orders are Mondays-Fridays. 

Business days and hours for courier delivery are Mondays - Saturdays, 9AM - 10PM. Deliveries will be made anytime within these times. If the shipping day falls on a Public Holiday, delivery service will resume the next business day. For office addresses, the delivery company usually plans for delivery before 6pm on a best-effort basis. Should the parcel fail to be delivered, there will be 1 re-delivery attempt. Should the recipient be unreachable by phone, email or SMS after failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged again with a courier fee of $1.90.

Are there any restricted areas for shipping?

Restricted areas include: Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Jurong Island.

NOTE: The website would not be able to filter out the postal codes for these restricted areas at the moment. If order is placed with delivery address to the above restricted areas, we would contact you to request for an alternative delivery address.

What is the processing time for items to be ready for self pick-up?

Item will be ready for pickup usually in 24 hours.


You will be informed via the email address that you provided during the checkout.

Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Email to check if you require it urgently.

Do note we're closed on Sundays and PH.

International Shipping

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

We have calculated international (out of Singapore) shipping fees according to 11 zones and 2 weight classes. For your reference, 1kg would suffice for 1 car nebuliser while 2kg would suffice for 1 room nebuliser.

Will my parcel be subjected to taxes and import duties?

The shipping fee stated above and in your order does not include any tax or duty. Hence, if any tax or duty is incurred upon inspection and evaluation, you will be responsible to cover those fees.

Does my items fall under restricted goods?

Most of our merchandises do not fall under restricted goods in most countries. However, items that contain alcohol as part of the product ingredient are restricted for international shipping. Hence, shipping of such items will not be possible unfortunately. Items such as diffusers and essential oils are alright.

If you wish to purchase our Diffuser Home bundle where Cleaning Solvent (contains alcohol) is part of the bundle, we will process a partial refund of the Cleaning Solvent for you.

How do I know when my items have arrived?

While your items will be processed for delivery in 1-2 business days, delivery time will differ depending on your shipping destination. However, rest assured as you will be able to track your parcel's delivery status with a tracking number and link that will be sent to you via email once we have processed your order.

Warranty & Exchange


What is the warranty available?

Our diffusers come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as the following:

  • 01.

    Electronic defect or functional failure within the nebulising diffuser and power adaptor

  • 02.

    Glass chamber and glass cap defects

The Company is entitled to choose between providing a repair or a replacement.


The Company shall not provide warranty for instances meeting the following situations:

  • 01.

    Malfunctions caused by using essential oils that are not solely 100% pure essential oils (e.g. fragrance oils, diluted oils, oil-based or water-based essential oils, concentrates, burner oils, massage oils)

  • 02.

    Malfunctions caused by leakage of oil due to negligence.

  • 03.

    Malfunctions caused by negligence of stated precautions in manual.

  • 04.

    Damages caused during operation of the product such as broken glass, scratches or stains caused by dirt or other factors.

  • 05.

    Malfunctions caused by disassembling, modifying or repairing on your own.

How do I make a claim under warranty?

To make a claim, please WhatsApp message us at +65 9668 3889 or write us an email at hello@floaroma.com, and provide us the following details:

    Name or email address used in the order or order number (if available to you)

  • 02.

    Description of the issue with photos or videos.

What should I do if the item I receive is defective or damaged?

If item is defective or damaged when parcel is received, item will be exchanged. Items must be unopened or unused wherever applicable to be valid for exchange.

Is there any refund that can be made?

All products are sold as is and no refunds will be issued.
