We are mainly based online. We do have a studio where we operate from and on-site viewing and purchase is possible. You're welcome to drop by!
Here’s where you can find us.
Can I walk-in and purchase directly at your studio?
Of course! Do drop us a note in advance on the time frame that you’re coming down just to ensure someone is around.
How long would engraving take for the diffusers?
Engraving is an option for FLO Diffuser Go and FLO Diffuser Home wood bases.
Adding engraving to your order won't delay shipping out of parcels.
If you're making an on-site purchase at our studio, we can do the engraving at our studio, which typically takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
Is there gift wrapping that I can request for?
We’d be more than happy to add an extra touch to your gift! Simply leave us a message about it under the Notes field when carting out and leave the rest to us!
Diffuser Home
How do I set up my Diffuser Home?
You can find the set up manual here.
The diffuser follows a fixed interval of 2 minutes of diffusion and 1 minute of rest to avoid overwhelming the space. This cycle will continue for 2 hours, after which the diffusing function will automatically turn off, but the LED light will continue to operate until the dial is switched off. This ensures that the device does not overwork when left unattended.
How long can a 10ml bottle of essential oil last?
Based on the recommended 20-30 drops per use for a optimal session of 30-60mins , 10ml can last around 10 times.
How does Diffuser Home differ from Diffuser Go?
FLO Diffuser Home is approximately 3x stronger than Diffuser Go. It is perfect for scenting large spaces such as living rooms or bedrooms and for easily switching between scents. However, if you need to scent a smaller space without a power source such as a car or a bathroom, and prefer to use just one scent throughout, we recommend trying FLO Diffuser Go which is wireless.
Both diffusers are waterless, heatless and flameless.
How are your diffusers different from other diffusers?
Our diffuser uses cold air nebulising technology, making it waterless, heatless, and flameless. This unique method diffuses 100% pure essential oils into a mist, ensuring that you only get pure oils without dilution, or deterioration due to heat, or environmental factors such as smoke or toxins in the air you breathe.
We design them with powerful yet silent high-quality motor parts. They are also exclusive designs that are one-of-a-kind in Singapore.
How does the Diffuser Home work without water and heat?
Our diffuser uses cold air nebulising technology, making it waterless, heatless, and flameless. This unique method diffuses 100% pure essential oils into a mist, ensuring that you only get pure oils without dilution, or deterioration due to heat, or environmental factors such as smoke or toxins in the air you breathe.
What is the recommended duration of using such diffusers?
A 30-60mins session is typically the recommended duration for an optimal therapeutic window for using such waterless diffusers, also known as nebulisers. Since it is waterless, the undiluted scent lingers in the air and a short session is all you need.
Unlike common water-based or reed diffusers, nebulisers are best used in multiple short sessions rather than long sessions throughout the day or night. They are ideal if you want to experience better therapeutic benefits from essential oils and a more impactful scenting ability.
How much essential oil should I add into the Diffuser Home?
You can add the oil as you wish for a short or longer session. 5-10 drops for a 10-15mins session before sleep, or 20-30 drops for a recommended optimal 30-60mins at the lowest intensity. Since it is waterless, the undiluted scent lingers in the air and a short session is all you need.
The oil used can be a little more than the common water diffusers and recommended duration for each use is shorter. Unlike common water-based or reed diffusers, nebulisers are best used in multiple short sessions rather than long sessions throughout the day or night. They are ideal if you want to experience better therapeutic benefits from essential oils and a more impactful scenting ability.
Do note to not overfill the glass chamber with essential oil beyond the tip of the microtubes. Keep the oil level at least 0.5cm below the tip of the microtubes.
What happens if the oil depletes?
If the oil depletes before the diffusing function automatically stops after 2 hours, there is no harm to the diffuser as it will just continue diffusing air. The Diffuser Home has an auto cut-off timer for the diffusing function fixed at 2 hours.
Can I add water into the Diffuser Home?
No water or carrier oils should be added to the device. FLO Diffusers are nebulising diffusers which uses cold air pressure to diffuse fluid into mist. Water and carrier oil molecules will be too heavy for diffusion.
Can I use the Diffuser Home in a non-aircon room and with open windows?
The Diffuser Home can effectively scent up to 1,000sqft. Even with the use of a fan or with open windows, it will still be able to scent your space by tuning it up to higher diffusing intensities if required.
What is the difference between the different glass shapes?
There is no functional difference between the shapes of the diffusers, they are mainly aesthetic preferences!
They are however of different sizes. You may like to consider how well the glass sits on the palm of your hand when holding it, or the ease of washing when cleaning the glass. Also, the misting within a glass chamber may appear less intense in a larger shape like Pyramid compared to smaller shapes like Raindrop or Sphere.
Can the LED light be switched off?
The LED light on our diffuser automatically rotates through 7 different colours. You can choose to turn the light on or off while the device is diffusing.
Can I use essential oils from other brands?
Our diffusers are compatible with 100% pure essential oils from any brand, but not with concentrates, burner oils, fragrance oils, massage oils, or water/oil-based essential oils as they may be too thick to diffuse.
Additionally, we recommend exercising caution when buying essential oils as some may not be authentic even if they are labelled as 100% pure. Some telltale signs could include uncommonly low prices or rare oils being sold at surprisingly low prices. If you’re unsure, feel free to let us know anytime, we'd be glad to help advise.
Can I use solutions other than pure essential oils?
We recommend using 100% pure essential oils for optimal performance of the diffuser. However, we understand some customers may prefer to use their own fragrances or concentrates, which may or may not diffuse effectively depending on their density.

Some telltale signs could include uncommonly low prices or rare oils being sold at surprisingly low prices. If you’re unsure, feel free to let us know anytime, we'd be glad to help advise.
Do I need to clean the diffuser whenever I change the essential oil?
You need not do so if you do not mind a little mixing of the different oils, the new oil will usually overpower the previous one!
How often do I need to clean the Diffuser Home?
We recommend using the Cleaning Solvent to wash the Glass Chamber when you pause usage for a week or longer. Although it's not necessary to clean daily if you use the diffuser regularly and cleaning when changing oil is optional, we recommend occasionally cleaning every 1-2 months to prevent clogging from oil remnants. Wash the diffuser after each use is recommended for thicker and heavier oils like Sandalwood and Patchouli.
Here's a video on the cleaning.
Can I use water to clean the glass chamber?
Water does not mix well with oil and hence cannot clean effectively. Use our cleaning solvent, or any alcohol such as IPA and ethanol, to first clean, and you may flush it with water afterwards if you'd like to give it a fuller rinse but it is optional. If a murky solution is produced when washed with water, it signifies that oil remnants have not been thoroughly cleaned off. Repeat the wash with the cleaning solvent until it is clear.
Alternatively, soak in soap water for half an hour or more.
Here's a video on the cleaning.
What is the plastic pipette provided in the set used for?
The plastic pipette that comes with the set is for situations where you might need to do targeted cleaning of the microtubes within the glass chamber, or for transfer of essential oil if required.
I am having difficulty with cleaning the glass chamber.
If you are having difficulty in cleaning, we could help with a service cleaning. Simply bring the device to our studio and we could run a clean on the spot. This would usually take about 15-30 minutes.
The Diffuser Home is not misting. What can I do?
First, check if the motor of the wood base is still operating. If it is not, do contact us to assist you with the issue.
If the motor is still running, let's try to do a clean of the glass to see if the issue can be resolved with this.
Here's a video on the cleaning.
Lastly, give the glass chamber a good rinse to clear off any dirt inside and try diffusing a small amount of cleaning solvent to see if misting is normal.
In the case it is still not misting, simply bring the device to our studio and we will be able to help you with a further check.

Is there warranty for the Diffuser Home?
For all FLO Diffusers, a one-year warranty applies from the date of purchase. For more about the terms and conditions of warranty, visit here.
Can I just purchase the glass chamber of the Diffuser Home in the event I broke it?
Yes absolutely. You don't have to repurchase the entire diffuser. There are glass chamber or glass cap replacements for purchase over here.
There can be a sprinkler-like diffusion noise when the oil is finishing, is that normal?
The sprinkler-like noise you may have noticed is normal and occurs when the oil is finishing up in the glass chamber. This is a common occurrence with nebulisers and nothing to worry about. In an absolutely quiet environment, the noise may be more noticeable, but it is not a cause for concern.
You can add more oil from the start so that the diffusion process takes longer to reach this final stage. Another option is to allow the oil to condense at the glass tip and drip back into the base of the glass chamber, which will take a few minutes. If more oil is present in the chamber, the sprinkler-like diffusion sound will not occur. We hope this explanation helps clarify any concerns you may have had.
Diffuser Go
How do I set up my Diffuser Go?
You can find the set up manual here.
When the diffuser is actively diffusing, the top light at 15/60/120s will remain solid and not blink. The top light blinking at 15/60/120s indicates that the diffusion is paused within the interval and there will be no misting.
You can find here the diffusing intervals:
15S: Diffuses for 15 seconds and pauses for 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
60S: Diffuses for 60 seconds and pauses for 2 minutes.
120S: Diffuses for 120 seconds and pauses for 1 minute.
How long can a 10ml bottle of essential oil last?
You can select 15s/60s/120s diffusing durations. At the lowest setting, a 10ml bottle lasts 66 hours, approximately a month with 2 hours of daily driving.
How long does a full charge last?
You can select 15s/60s/120s diffusion durations. A fully charged device can last 72 hours when used at the lowest diffusing duration.
Is the Diffuser Go good enough to scent the whole room?
The Diffuser Go can cover about 300 sqft, suitable for bathrooms or small bedrooms. It can still provide scent in larger spaces when placed nearby, but the aroma may not be as strong. Some customers prefer this in offices to avoid affecting colleagues further away.
If you’d be looking for a diffuser that can effectively scent up a whole living room, you may consider our Diffuser Home which is approximately 3x stronger in power.
Do I have to keep the diffuser upright?
Whenever there is oil attached within the diffuser, do keep it upright to prevent leakage of the oil into the motor through the side of the nozzle or the top of the nozzle.
Can Diffuser Go be kept in the car parked under the sun?
The device is heat-resistant, but for preserving the therapeutic properties of the essential oils in the diffuser, it's advisable to minimise prolonged exposure to heat.
Do I need to plug-in to a power supply to use the Diffuser Go?
The Diffuser Go operates on a rechargeable battery, eliminating the need for a constant power supply once fully charged. While some customers choose to charge it while diffusing in the car, it's still advisable to unplug it once fully charged to maximise the lifespan of the rechargeable battery.
Can I use other volumes of essential oil?
Any 5ml, 10ml, 15ml and 20ml standard essential oil glass bottle should work with Diffuser Go.

The Diffuser Go is not misting. What can I do?
First, check if device was toppled and had oils leaked.
If yes, the leak could have likely impacted the motor of the device. Simply bring the device to our studio and we will try our best to help you with a further check if it can be salvaged.
If no, you may follow the steps below to do a check.
FLO Diffuser Go - Push Release (Latest)
1. Check silicon at the side of the nozzle
It is possible the silicon at the side of the nozzle got pushed flat in hence affecting the misting. When pulled out slightly such that it’s snugged against the wall of the nozzle compartment, it should resolve the issue.
2. Check straw tube
A crack in the straw tube at the end connecting to the nozzle can cause a pressure leak hence affecting the misting.
Change to another straw in the extra straw pack provided with the set. The pack can be found within the plastic bag together with the charging cable.
3. Check misting under direct light source
Misting will usually be more visible when placed directly under a light source. Different oils can result in varied mist intensity visible due to differences in oil densities. So long there is misting visible, the diffuser is working alright!
4. Check nozzle connector to straw
If the straw tube connector (white or black colour) within the nozzle has loosened, it can cause a pressure leak hence affecting the misting. Contact us about it and we will get a replacement for you.
5. Clean
If all above are working well, do a clean for the nozzle. Here's a video on the cleaning.
In the case it is still not misting, simply bring the device to our studio and we will be able to help you with a further check.
FLO Diffuser Go - Pressure Release
1. Check motor
First, check if the motor is still operating. If it is not, do contact us to assist you with the issue.
2. Check washer ring
If motor is still operating, check if the washer ring (white translucent rubber ring) is within the nozzle and pushed in all the way or if it is broken. When screwing the bottle it could have shifted or dropped slightly out. The washer ring will affect the misting. If it is broken, contact us to assist you with the issue.
3. Clean
If all above are working well, do a clean for the nozzle. Here's a video on the cleaning.
In the case it is still not misting, simply bring the device to our studio and we will be able to help you with a further check.

Are FLO essential oils safe for kids?
Yes it is safe, and we recommend diffusion as it is said to be safer than topical application or oral intake.
For newborns, we recommend diffusing the room briefly and switching off the diffuser when they enter the room. Monitor if they have any reaction when they are in the room. This will be an easy test to gauge how they can take them. As a rule of thumb, we would recommend taking slightly more caution as their systems are still developing.
Are FLO essential oils safe for pets?
As our essential oils are 100% pure, some oils may not be suitable for some pets due to their delicate system. Diffusing essential oils is generally considered safer than topical application, but caution should still be exercised. Different pets can have different reactions to essential oils, just like humans. We recommend diffusing with the room door open or with proper ventilation so your pet can leave if it's uncomfortable. It's also a good idea to monitor your pet's reaction to the oils when you start diffusing them.
