Known to be one of the stronger mints, Wild Mint has high levels of menthol, even more than Peppermint. Traditionally, Wild Mint has been used to treat digestive problems, headaches, sore throats, and nausea, just to name a few. Nowadays, it is mostly used to flavour sweets. Other names it has been called are Corn Mint, Japanese Mint, and Field Mint.
