Named after its pointed spear-shaped leaves, Spearmint is a widely popular and well-accepted member of the mint family. Known for the cooling, tingling sensation, it is easily found as an ingredient for breath-fresheners. Compared to Peppermint which has high levels of menthol, Spearmint's scent is milder and better accepted by children, earning its nickname 'The Gentler Mint Oil'.

A more subtle mint with a sweet invigorating scent that has restorative qualities to uplift and revitalise, aiding in enhancing one's mood and concentration. Spearmint has also been known to relieve respiratory irritation by reducing congestion and inflammation to promote easier breathing.
